If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with your original sales receipt, within seven (4) days of receipt of the items to our Store , and we would happily exchange the item for another item of your choice.

Please note that for your returns to be processed, the items

• Must be in new condition
• Haven't been washed, worn or altered
• Must have their original sales tags, labels and bags
• Be accompanied by the original invoice/ receipt.
• Be returned within 4 days of delivery / purchase.

Kindly note that we do not give cash refunds

Please note that as a Customer you are responsible for returning the items to us , including the return shipping costs associated with the return/replacement.  item(s).

Items returned by you would be checked to ensure that they meet the above conditions of return before the replacement items are sent out.
