MODIFY/CANCEL AN ORDER:
- Can I modify or cancel an order?
- Once an order is completed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, updated (to add/remove items) or changed.
ORDER TRACKING ?
- How can i track my order ?
- You can track your order using your order ID you got when you placed an order with us , and type your order number. If you do not know your order number, please email us at sales@joyekiddiesstore.com

ORDER STATUS:
- For pickup from a transport line:
- An email or text message would be sent within 24hrs of order confirmation with the waybill number. Pickup times would also be communicated to the customer. Pickup is usually within 1-3 days.
- For home delivery:
- A tracking number would be available within 48hrs of order confirmation.
